I am working on building a Ozark fisherman drift boat from some internet plans with a few modifications. I have about worn out the Tatman boat internet pages and want one REAL bad. My budget numbers say otherwise. So I will finish what I have started and be happy for now.

    I really do like this boat. It is a nice and fast rowing boat, but I have not had it in any fast water so I don't know how it will handle in any rapid situation.
    That said it is nice being in a dry boat as your fellow fisherman are sitting half way in the water with there float tubes + you can stand to cast and cover a lot more water.
