About Me:: I own an original 1963 Prince Helfrich BUILT Double Ender Drift Boat that is still in mint condition. It was built by Prince for my father, Art Larsen. My dad gave it to me shortly after and I guided for the Helfrich's during my college years. The boat survived a 3 alarm fire at Fern Ridge RV and Boat Storage in late December of 2014. It was the only boat to survive the fire in the entire building. $3,000 was spent to re-finish the exterior and trailer along with a new cover. Steve Steele did the restorative work.
