guess I'll have to buy Rogers book and see what materials were used. I won't be at the fest but sometime I'll be able to make it. thanks for your replies.

I haven't weighed it, but i think it is probably quite a bit lighter that a plywood boat. I know Ben is trying to sell the boat on a make an offer sort of basis. I don't think it will be in the PT boat show but he'll have it at the McKenzie Fest.

Mark, thanks. that is one good lookin boat. Ben did a fine job. will this be at the PT wooden boat show this yr? by building a board an batten is the boat heavier then if built in ply? thanks again.

John, My buddy Ben built as exact a copy as he could of The Light McKenzie Board and Batten Boat from Roger Fletcher's book. He Used Rogers plan as well as all the pictures of that boat type to remain faithful to the lines, wood, and even screw placement. Its really bad Ass! I think He's bringing it to the festival this year.
