Bought one in similar condition several years ago. Once I really got into it I regretted it. So much had to be replaced. All the screws were rusted so bad they all broke trying to replace them. I think there was no way to restore it to any kind of strength. It would be a floating pile of epoxy. Money wise it was a waste. I would build new or look for one in better condition.
