Good information, I can't wait to see the pics also and see your re-chine efforts. I am following your path with no specific boat building experience, just trying to learn all I can from those that have gone before. I am trying to get an older boat repaired that has too many surprises for me to want to totally redo. If I am going to spend my money and time I would rather start with a fresher sheet of paper like you did. I'm afraid that to restore my boat will require all new parts, so why not…
