Tacoma/Olympia WA area

Anyone from the Tacoma/Olympia area that drift any local rivers.  Have made one run down the Nisqually and survived.  Looking for other rivers to float and fish.  Thanks Kyle

Hi Kyle,

I live in Centralia  I fish the Wynoochee, and Satsop. Good river to drift for Steelys, and Salmon.

I plan on going to the Kalama River when i get done with my Build.

Depends on "local".  If you go over to the Olympic Peninsula, there are around 5 all close together.  Both stretches of the Hoh are gentle.  Sol Duc more boulders.  Both great winter steelhead fishing.  Bogechiel also.
