Hi, I just added some photos of my first boat build. Its a 12' Tatman kit.  I took about 4 months to build.  Special thanks go to Randy and Sandy Dersham, and my good friend Art for all their advice and help.

Thanks Dave, I'll have to ask Randy or Greg about the design sometime, i was messing around with the tape in the shop one day extending the sheer line and felt like it was a 15.5 or 16 boat with the bow cut off, but my instinct tells me there is more to it than that.  If it isn't plain I was inspired by your boats in the construction of my seat rails, for some reason I couldn't make the pipe rails work so i punted.  I made some small frames and found some really nice VG Alaskan Yellow Cedar for the Rails.

Great job Stewart.

The fish slime is coming.  That boat will sit on one of the best fishing holes on the McKenzie

Fantastic work on Your new boat;how are You going to get fish slime on it? Just kidding, send us a picture when You catch some. You may think that seemed like a long time building it,but that is actualy very fast build.
