Under the guidance of Jayson Hayes (Hayes Custom Boats), students will assemble a 16.5 x 50 McKenzie River classic. Finish and bottom protection are included as a bonus. As is the custom, a lucky student will go home with the boat for the price of the kit.

Due to onsite construction at the MRDC, this year's workshop will be held at the Roy Pruitt Memorial shop on the Pruitt property, Campfire, just upriver from MRDC.  Roy was a legendary McKenzie guide. His widow, Shelly has opened her doors and property to the workshop.
