Hi all, got s phone call from Martin Litton yesterday. I had sent him a copy of the new book BIG WATER LITTLE BOATS, about river running in wooden boats in the Grand Canyon from the 40's through the 60's. Martin really likes the book! We chatted for two and a half hours, going through the photos in the book, and listening to Martin recall his 1950's and 1960's river trips. Esther, Martin's wife, also got on the phone, and she too was pleased with the book. What a treat! They both sounded very well for being in their 90's.
