Bottom maintenance advice

Hello all, I a little behind on prep for the upcoming season.  The bottom of my 16'x48 needs a little help.  Not sure if I should consider repairs, Ptex, epoxy etc., or replace the UHMW(?) plastic sheet. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hi Rick.  I have yet to take the shoe off and may not be able to get to it till this weekend.  When I do, I will post pics. Thanks for the interest and thoughts
