Bottom of the boat

Is it structurely OK to use more than one scarf for the bottom of the boat?

Absolutely. The epoxy joint will be stronger than its surrounding wood anyway.
Get a good mix!

Having just completed my first scarf joint ever, I was truly amazed at not only the strength, but the appearance of the joint. I would not hesitate to have multiple scarfs in the bottom of my boat. However, it did take me a few hours to complete.
