Elegant set up for transporting oars

Looking for an elegant way to secure and transport a set of oars for my boat. I've seen a few set ups, but was wondering what seems to work the best. As always thanks for your help.

what is more elegant then boogie cords? Greg Hattan has a nice setup which is lockable I think. I am looking to do the same thing, make a nicer and more secure setup. currently using cords and seat pads to transport but I know its only a matter of time before one breaks. several guys use the seat back hole and put the blades vertical, with the grips setting on the rowers seat.

some guys use the pool noodles or insulation pipe wrap to cushion the oars, just depends on your style.
