Mick, in your post you simply click on the image icon (on the top second from the left). That will bring up a menu where you select to add an image from your computer or from a URL.  The URL would be from a site like Flicker.  The From Your Computer, you click on the browse button and that will bring up a menu to search through folders on your computer, simply select the image and click on the OK button
