Inland Red Cedar?

I am just starting a a project and came across some Inland Red Cedar and was wandering if it was ever used for ribs etc.
Inland red, is supposedly a sub-species of Western red, but i am having trouble finding its specific strength and weight charicteristics for it.

Any ideas?

I'm sure you have found the Glen-L information on boat building woods. You can go to their link HERE

I have seen a number of forums where Inland Red is mentioned as similar to Western Red.
