I am looking for a set of plans for around a 10-12 wooden fly fishing pram. I want to do S&G. I really like the Z drifter pram but will mostly be using it on lakes and I want a wide and stable boat for my son and I with wide floor.. I want a boat with high sides and will be using it with a electric motor. I also like the Hudson pram but would want it a little bigger. I also want to build it light as well so I can handle it on my own. Any suggestions would be great.

You want a lake boat. Most of the designs here are for river boats.

There are plenty of lake boat plans:

Sounds like you want a jon boat or a garvey.

Here is a couple pictures of a boat I wish to build. I have tons of pictures and lots of measurements. Does anyone know of someone that I could send pictures and measurements to and they can build me the plans.

Well now that's funny Tom,I no the fella that built that boat.

Small world....

He is a great guy and builds a BEAUTIFUL boat. You would not believe how far out of the way he went to help me out.He has provided me with tons of pictures and measurements. Hell he has never even met me,I want to build that beauty so bad but this will be my first build ever and need some plans to go by.

Well if you have the measurements  then your good to go! You need instructions on the steps yes?

Get some scrap wood and some epoxy, some biax tape and start playing around Make some fillets lay some glass.Best way to learn IMO.once you get the feel there's no turning back!

My first boat was a 9' pram 42"at the floor made out of cheap BB plywood.I learned a ton on that boat.Spent about $600 on supplies and stuff, ended up selling for the same so it all worked out.
