mike thomas oar lock blocks

mike-that looks like a slick install on your oarlock blocks.are they adjustable?I was going to install about 20" of block between my sheer rails with 4 holes for front to back adjustments to match up as I adjust the rowing seat.what do you think?

lots of people do that, its a good idea. I`ll just have 2 holes for now. It might change once I get a test run
