oar length and anchor weight

Hi guys Im building a 16 ft. drift boat and am now wondering what length oars are best the width is 72 inches were the oar locks will be mounted, and I will mainly float the Michigan waters like the Pere Marquete so I'm wondering what type and weight anchor would be best

9 foot oar is perfect.

a 30lb pyramid works good on the pm for a anchor if the wind is not crazy
