Any WBP live in PA ? - If so I have a question..

I'm trying to put together the paperwork for the fish and  boat commission to register the boat I'm building etc.

There seem to be 3 forms that you need:

1) capacity plate

2) Ownership

3) Title and Registration

If someone has done this before for a homemade boat could you let me know

a few things: A) are these indeed ALL the forms, b) in what order do I send them in?? and c) can I start doing this before the boat is completed?

It looks like some need to be sent and returned before others can be sent..

Anyway, I figure it's worth a shot  and any help would be greatly appreciated- foruming with a "live" WB person is much more productive (and less frustrating) than trying to get through to the PA boat comm. They are really mystical about this whole business on their webpage. As slow as the process can be, I don't want to slow it down any more by sending the wrong form.

John,

I've done it three times. I live in SWPA.

Its easy, but PA wants their money.

I'll send you a PM and we can discuss.
