I've been looking for any information on a Port Ludlow Pram and haven't had any luck. There is information at the Center for Wooden Boats in Washington for a Port Madison Pram. Since Port Ludlow and Port Madison are within relatively short distance of each other this might be a link to the pram you are interested in. I'm not sure if this helps but give it a try and let me know.
