Thats sounds like a major setback for the boat, and right at spring time when you can work on finishes. Did you get evicted for using power tools at the rental place? Couple years ago I was at a apartment. Couldnt work on anything there, couldnt have a trailer of any kind, no grills etc. I rented this house with a garage, ran some 220v out there, rigged up a temp wood stove for heat and its been great for my boat build. You didnt post any pictures of you progress..

No I didn't get evicted but I was told I couldn't do repaired on any vehicles, per the rental agreement. I am not going to challenge the lease. Yes I posted a couple of pictures.

OK, i just saw your pics in the photo page. Thats a odd camera lens you used. It was coming along nicely, decent trailer too. I`m the worst person to live in a apartment. Ive done it a couple times with all my tools in a storage unit. Could have bought alot of new tools for what that storage unit cost. The price ya pay I guess.

I did the water pump on my little outboard motor over the winter in the kitchen (and stored it too on a stand) in my last apartment, and kept my little jon boat at my sisters. I was very fortunate to find this old house for rent the last couple years. All my tools in one spot where I can use them. Never know how long I can stay here though, so I took advantage and built a boat now while I could. I hope something will work out for you soon so you can get back at it. Nice boat

Thank you..I will continue to seek and find a way to finish my boat..This boat is really nice..
