living in south carolina, it gets warm early.  i've been trying to complete my build, but its so nice out it kills me to be stuck in the shop during the day.  my boat is a one man dory currently on sawhorses in a 500 sf shop.  i bought 8 wheels (hardware section, lowes, $9) and dug a few 2x4s out from behind the shop.  took the measurements of the sawhorse "footprint" and cut 2x4 accordingly.  screwed them together, then screwed wheels to frame.  then put temp supports under boat, pulled horses, and screwed horses to rolling frames (and slid horses back under).  now, tomorrow, i can epoxy and sand outside instead of in a (very full) workshop.  if some of you are math fanatics, youre asking yourselves where the other $3 in the $12 cost came from.  since i already had the 2x4, the $3 is for the delicious beers i enjoyed while building this extremely simple yet extremely effective device.  didnt feel it was worth photo-documenting so no shots, but i will upload some of the build tomorrow once i make some progress.
