im building a boat 7foot by 4foot(check out my blog) i live in england, scarborough, north yorkshire, i will be using it in the north sea but only in the summer as the north sea gets really rough in the winter...as you can see by the photos ive done most of the frame work i will be finishing it off and putting on the sides and bottom, then ill be doing the resin, is there a certine kind of resin i should use and how many coats i should do , then how many coats of varnish i should do..... if you have any useful information on boat making please let me know

http://www.epoxy-resins.co.uk/index.html is a likely link for you to order resin from the UK.

There are a number of epoxy dealers in the US; however, I would guess that your speed of shipping and cost would be much better using a UK supplier.
