I have 3/8 fir for the bottom. Undecided on epoxy or the shoe like you did. I have a lot of questions about how you did it . Do you make the same size or shorter and how you attach it. I have 3/4 fir for the transom would like to epoxy maranti veneer to the outside to match the sides. Materials are little hard to find here in Beaver.

looking good. the RR is a fantastic boat. .........and its only 6 frames!
Hydrotek, fir and what else are you using? what are you doing for the bottom???
