First coat of red paint on the bottom of the boat

The idea is to finish the bottom of the boat and not to have to go back to it once the boat has been turned right side up...

Hi Greg, yes, just like you, i really liked the wooden look, and was not keen on painting. But, we are trying to make a boat that looks like Fulmer's Red, White and Blue boat. The fun thing about this project I need to keep in mind is the Fulmer boat was a very fine boat in its day. It was painted, and that's that. By the way, Thanks for letting me see the " Gold Standard" work you do. This ain't nothing in comparison. yours, t

Tom,
Absolutely awesome... as much as I liked the natural wood - the red paint is cool and very authentic. I admire your great work and the adventure you are involved in... Well Done!!
