Funny how the bow looks wider that the transom. In reality it is about 1/2 the width. It all has to do with camera angle. But maybe I'll just put the seat in backwards and relocate the oar locks so it looks right.

Starting to look like it might displace some water. Maybe even with me in it.

Next putting the 4 corners in then finish the rails.  Have to deal with the seats soon so I can remove that spreader brace.
