Epoxy and graphite bottom eliminates bottom paint. 8" biaxial tape on seams, 1 layer 6 oz and two layers of 10 oz fiberglass cloth on 1/2" cold molded plywood bottom, and 6 coats graphite and MAS epoxy. Almost bullet proof, yet repairable!
