Does anybody have any suggestions?
I had an old 16' Tatman drift boat with 8'10" oars that I had been using for 6 years.
I just completed a new Tatman kit of the exact same boat. However the new oars are 8'4". Will the new boat handle much different with these shorter oars or should I return them and buy different ones? I want to rope wrap and re varnish the oars so I can use the boat this summer. Can hardley waite to get it in the water!
