About Me:
I am an Artist and an avid fisherman. I bought a well used Rapid Robert in 1969 When I returned from Vietnam. After fighting dry rot and peeling paint for several years I decided to get practical and go aluminum. I bought a Koffler boat. It was a nice boat but banging down rivers I always felt like I was in a piece of machinery and on one very cold morning had my wet hand freeze to the gunnel. I 1984 I bought a Tatman 16x48 Kit boat.I have dragged this boat to most of the best trout streams between the Bo River Alberta to the Rogue. After 28 -years and 100,000 miles we replaced the bottom (this morning). I am hoping to get in good enough shape to do another 25 years.
