John, thanks for the info about the long boards. Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. I just barely saw your comment. I guess that I need to look here more often. I used the advice from others on scarfing boards together to make longer ones. It worked great. Will be installing the inner chines today or tomorrow. If the explode when bending, well..., I am keeping my fingers crossed.
