On Saturday May 23rd Wooden Boat River Tours will present the 9th Annual Snake River Wooden Boat Show. The Show will take place from 10am until 3pm at the Wilson Bridge boat access on Hwy 22 one mile east of the town of Wilson, WY. The show is open to anyone who would like to show their wooden driftboat.

Events. On the day of the show a boat parade will commence at 3pm. We will float a 7 1/2 mile stretch from the Wilson Bridge to Wooden Boat River Tours' riverside Tipi Camp for a light dinner and socializing. Boats can be taken out at camp or at the South Park ramp 5 1/2 miles downstreeam. This section of the river is class I and easy to navigate for anyone with basic skills. Need to learn the basics? See below. The Snake River Canyon offers white water to class II-III. We run it often in open boats and is a fun 8 mile run.

In conjunction with the show will will be offering rowing skills clinics on both Friday the 22nd and Sunday the 24th. Show participants will enjoy a significant discount on these two days. Please contact me well in advance for clinic reservations.

Please give me a call for more info or to register for the show.

Thanks for adding this A.J.
I added it to the events calendar. You might want to look at the cut and paste info that I put there to insure it is accurate.

I hope your having a good winter.
