hi everybody im new to this site, im really into boats and going out to sea. i was looking into buying a small boat and keeping it in my local hourbour, but then i found out how much a boat will cost me and how much the boat would cost to keep in the hourbour, far too much ? so i thought to myself , i only live a 5 min walk from the north and south beach of scarborough, north yorkshire.. so i looked up how to build a wooden boat small anuff to carry down to the beach, i looked online for plans but i didnt like any of them, so i designed my own, a one off, looked at some boats to get an idea what i want ... now ive started to build my boat, ive on the frame work.... the reason why im on this site id to show the whole world its not that hard to build your own boat and you dont even need a garage, im building mine in my spare bedroom, as the boat im building is 7 feet long by 4 feet wide, best to make sure it fits down the stairs, luckly mine does!!!
