What alternatives are there to Sawyer, Smoker, Cataract, Carlisle, or Lamiglass, and Barkley Sound? I am looking for a set of 9' oars with at least 6" wide blades.

The Gull oar is a reasonable, low cost, class N to Light III river water oar. I sometimes use the 10' version on my 18 foot dory for mild water and a 9 footer on my 16 foot driftboat. The link and number below may work for you:
