Well I am starting my 1972 Don Hill boat. I am starting to sand down the ribs of there 41 year old varnish. If you look closely at the ribs you will see what happens when two guys from the early 70's who are x-hippies will do to a boat when they are sort of in another state of mind if you know what I mean. What ever it was it must have been  real good. Looks like they just dumped the varnish on after the wood burning pictures and then walked away. Lots of dirt, bird poop, bug poop, rat poop. More later.

It sure takes along time to varnish everything that needs tobe finished. My hands and what is left of my finger tips have just about had it.Finshed the rower's seat and the front seat, front cross brace and am now working on the chines and hand rails.

At least they didn't etch in marijuana leaves.
