Ha Ha Craig, what a concept!
so if you put it on slow enough you can just keep going around your boat till its all gone. I may have to try this out, since I have a few rock marks to get rid of.
Just read on Jamestown Dist. they have developed a new high gloss marine varnish called Lust in their Total Boat line. You can overcoat in 1 hour at 72 degrees with no sanding between coats and can apply up to 5 coats in one day. $33 a quart. Could be quite a time saver.
I like the epifanes, I can go around my boat with only a couple batches. It takes quite a beating to get any marks in to it. I like to use Danish oil on the insides.
+ 1 for System three, love that stuff.

THANKS KURT FOR THE INFORMATION . I'M IN THE SANDING STAGE NOW.
Hi Marty, my suggestion would be Interlux or Epifanes. There has been good feedback on this website for System Three spar urethane also. Jamestown Distributors has a good selection. It all depends on how you want your boat to look and how much money you want to spend. A local hardware store spar varnish will do the trick for less money, but will not have the durability of the ones mentioned above which are $100 + a gallon.
