adjustable seat for river dory

Hi   I am new here.  Got my hull all done after many extra hours   work caused  trying to rush . I need any suggestions for making adjustable seat system for rowing. (Backwords for lakes vs. foward for river drift. I am stuck here. Mind not working. McKenzie type hull 14'  Something simple and cheap. Any help of suggestions would be great.   Herman McMullen

 Thanks I am headed somewhere along this line. I have a stitch and glue hull. But i am finally starting to come up with the design.
