Well I really want a true wood grain drifter however I'm a airbrush freak! Rainbow trout lures are by far my favorite to paint so I thought I might combine the two. I think the wood grain would show really nice but just not sure what a 17 foot rainbow trout would look like lol. I attached a pic of a quick spray job with some shop epoxy I had around.

Terry,

Take a look at Pavati's Drift Boats.  They have some with a Brown Trout pattern painted on the sides, or it might be a vinal graphic but they look nice.  A Bow's colors would look nice too.

I think it would look pretty cool

That's awesome,  How do you get the epoxy to spray right?  Thinner?\

I didn't spray it I thin it with denatured Alcohol. I spread it on the wood hit it with a hair drier to warm it and just spread it from there. I clear coat most of my crank baits like that it spreads very nice
