Your boat appears to be in reasonable shape. The chunks are problematic. Is this boat a stitch and glue boat? I see partial frames on the sides but didn't see the area where the sides meet the bottom. I am wondering if there is a chine log (a piece of lumber connecting the side to the bottom). If so perhaps a piece could be scarfed in to repair the damage and new plywood also scarfed or lap spliced in. AJ DeRosa did an excellent essay on doing lap splices a couple of years ago. Search for his posts to find it.
