I have never seen a black bear that size. If I did I would continue rowing a few more miles before making camp. Last month on the Green we saw a cub. It might have been 60 pounds but, this photo is nice. He looks hungry!

Nice big boar, I have only once saw one this size, it was strolling on the opposite side of the river while we were cooking dinner camped at Dulog.
