Hal, I know that it self bails but since Rob Grubb built it and has a nice series of pictures showing it's construction I will pass the ball to him.

I have an old Briggs Rogue River Special that I am considering decking. This boat in the picture is exactly what I have in mind. What is the material that was used for the decking? It looks great! Does it self bail?

I'd appreciate any info you have on it, or who to contact. Thanks!   Hal
