Hi,
New to site and new to boat owning. My husband just purchaced this boat loving the looks of it. We hope to restore it together. We were told it is a 1956 Thompson wood boat. But after doing a little reading I think it's a Thompson spin off, bc the side of the boat says cruiser inc. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that could help me figure out, what exactly I have. We bought it from a women today who had been keeping it in her garage after her husband passed away, and didn't know much about it herself. It seems to be in good condition as far as us amateurs can tell. No rot. Our main concern is the trailer she stored it on was not an exact fit, so there are some slight indentions in the wood where it has been resting. My husband plans on getting it off that trailer this weekend. Any advise on restoring is also appreciated! Thank you!
