Hey Vance. I am in Anchorage. Float the Kenai pretty frequently. Floated the middle Kenai today. Fishing was slow. Water was high,as you know. Good day to test out a new dog in the boat, she did great and will make a good fishing dog!I'll keep an eye out for you, perhaps we can coordinate a wood boat float one weekend.
Hey Vance, i am about a day late and a dollar short getting back to you. How's the restoration on that Don Hill? Will you be ready for the last Monday in May? [Assuming ADFG doesn't shut down the Kenai!] My boat was built by a shop teacher here in Anchorville from a Tatman kit, the 17x52 I love it, great all-around boat. It is a sweet backtroller, bouncer and even side-drifter for Kings, i like Mondays between Centennial and Eagle Rock!
