McKenzie River legend heads to Wyoming
Happiness is returning to Wyoming with more boats than you brought to Oregon.
Dutch loaded up Prince Helfrich's "Trapper" into his 1957 Boat Specialties Rapid Robert for a summer vacation in Wyoming for a bit of a make over. It will be an honor to work on this boat built for Prince by Woodie Hindmann back in the 40's.
Just a little paint removal work to expose the wonderfull old growth fir plywood that was standard equipment on these boats back in the day.
The boat will the star of our show in May and back to the McKenzie show in 2014.

Pretty awesome. I have an intimate relationship with the Trapper, as I built the very first reproduction of it in collaboration with our buddy Roger. Please post many pictures of the restoration for me/us!
