Thanks Chris.  It is very sanitary, believe me, I started out in an old wood boat 30+ years ago and this is set up very well.  Switched over to aluminum a long time ago for the usual reasons, still have one of those too, plus we've got 3 other woodies in the family.  Hate to part with it cause it is the lightest, most responsive boat I've rowed (and I've rowed most of 'em out there) but such are the times.
