New guy on the block

Hi all, been lurkin on here for a while. decided to come on board. great site and info and very nice willing folks here.

I am married, retired and live near Olympia, Wa in a place called Carlon beach at the south end of Puget Sound. I love fly fishing and yes will throw gear.

I build SoF Bidarka style kayaks and Aluit, Greenland style paddles. am also getting set up to build carbon handles for fishing poles and I do rebuild rods(fishing)

I am a big fan of Dave Z's prams. they are really nice. I just posted him about his new little pram that he finished and would really like to build one. it would be great for the way I fish. nope don't run rivers. fish on lakes and in the sound.

am enjoying reading the posts and learning from them. well that's all I got for now. thanks.
