The 9th annual McKenzie River Wooden Boat Festival will be Saturday April 26th on the lawns by the river at Eagle Rock Lodge: 49198 McKenzie Hwy Vida, OR 97488.

There are a few rooms left at the lodge if you would like to stay that weekend with others.  In addition there are a number of people that attend each year and camp at Blue River campground only a few miles away.

The day of the show there will be a short float from Quarts Creek bridge to the lodge. The float is three miles and takes about an hour.  Shuttles will be running from the lodge for anyone that wants to return their trailers.

If you are not going to float and it is possible to arrive on Friday night, it is a big help to drop off your boat on a trailer sometime during the day on Friday. We have a secure area away from the river to stage the boats and will move them to the lower lawns on Saturday morning.

I hope to see you all there.
