Hi All,

I'm re-furbishing a  Briggs' Classic Rogue River Special, and I'm in need of some nice heavy-duty oar lock sockets. Anybody know of a good source? I also picked up a pair of 9'4" Sawyer oars, and I'm looking for a 3rd spare if anyone has an "extra" laying around. Thanks!

Im pretty sure Randy's webstore has the bronze ones;[used to be tatman boats].Don Hill's has the urithane ones.

I am look for some as well. it will be interesting to see what others suggest. Due to the gunnel design on the boat I am building I want a flush side mount.  The best I have been able to find is this:

But I really wish I could get some in 5/8 instead of 1/2.  If anyone knows a source I would love to hear it.

Barkley Sound Oar and Paddle Ltd. in Canada has some top mount 5/8 inch sockets. http://barkleysoundoar.com/
Andy and Bax in Portland Oregon has a good selection of oarlocks and sockets. butt they don't have a web site.
