Thanks to Randy and Debbie Dersham for again hosting this fantastic conclave.  They open the grounds at their lodge to all people, wooden boats, and dogs.  Weather was good, boats and comaradarie better yet.  Many lovely drift boats.  Better yet, in no particular order, Karl Mueller's work-in-progress bar tender, Allen's Grand Canyon wood dorrie, and the GEM, trailered all the way from Flagstaff, AZ.

The Wyoming boys are back home in the snow. Thanks for the good weather and comraderie in Oregon. We had a great time and made many new friends. Hope to see some of you here over Memorial Day weekend for the Snake River Show.

We had a great time at the boat show this year. Special thanks to the Dersham's for doing it up right... we really enjoyed the show and the hospitality. It was so interesting to talk with all the builders and finally meet you guys who helped me along the way with my project, and whose projects I am following on this site. It was a pleasure to meet everyone.

We also had a great time floating with Greg H. in the parade, and thank you for an awesome float on Sunday... we had a really fun time, and enjoyed some great weather and incredible scenery. (Thanks for letting me on the sticks for a while Greg, you have an awesome boat to be sure) We have some cool video clips on Christine's camera that I will post when she gets home later this week) pretty neat.

Also, it was fun to come hang with AJ and his crew at the reservoir after the show, thanks a million for the awesome dinner and the drink. Next time we will be sure to hit the store before it gets dark and the stores close out there : ) You guys (and gal) come prepared, and we appreciate the hospitality.

I do have a few pics that were on my camera I will post. Here are a few from the parade taken from Greg's boat. Taken while I still had dry shorts on! haha
I will post a few more when I get to see what is on the other camera.
Thanks again everyone!

Life has been busy, however I finally got a chance to sort and upload photos. It was once again a great experience, thanks to all, especially Randy, Debby, Sandy, Greg Hatten, the Mackenzie River Guides and all the other unseen help.

It was wonderful to meet folks that I had only communicated with electronically, there is no substitute for shaking hands and a face to face connection. Jason and Christine it was great to meet you and share stories with you and Greg. Greg, next time maybe you can find a bigger wave! Sandy it was pleasant to meet you and be surprised by your appearance at the campfire Friday night.

Perhaps some of you remember a discussion about banana's a short while ago. While wandering the beautiful grounds what did I spy but a banana on the deck of a "green" boat. Rob Grubb, I hope that the combination won't bring you bad luck!

Sandy and crew, you always bring a little something extra to an event. Good to see you guys again. Great work on the boat rebuilds too!

Jeff, thanks for ride. I look forward to fishing with you in Idaho!

I have lots of photos so I am uploading them in batches. If someone wants all 127 or so I can organize a way to send them.

Rick,

Thank you for posting the new photo's of this years show. Labeling too. No doubt I'll be late for work today after viewing and reviewing. I'm gleaning as much info as I can. It's always neat to see others dodads.
