Outdoor Ventures River Training (www.RiverTraining.net) and Robb Grubb is donating a 3 hour rowing lesson to Wooden Boat People members. This drawing is open to anyone who think they need an initial lesson, a brush up on the basics or want to enhance their current rowing skills!

Robb will supply a wood drift boat, all river equipment and a USCG approved PFD for your lesson. At the lucky winners option, we can use your own wood boat if desired, as long as it is river worthy.

Outdoor Ventures has been providing advanced river skills to private and professional boaters in Washington and Oregon since 1971. We specialize in one on one rowing instruction in drift boats, dories, catarafts and rafts.

I am sad that I did not win. However I am headed towards Vida in a couple of hours. If not tonight I will see you guys tomorrow at the put-in. From there I will head down to the lodge to help with parking starting at 8 AM. Then we float!!!!!

Robb, thank you so much for the rowing lesson Friday down the McKenzie river. Your knowledge of the river and how to use it to your advantage is nothing short of amazing. Your style of teaching really hit home with me and I learned so much more than I could have imagined. If any of you on this site need river and rowing training or just need a brush up I would highly recommend you get ahold of Robb. You won't be disappointed.
