Has anyone tried the Loctite product "Translucent Universal T.A.C. Premium Construction Adhesive.  I purchased a tube yesterday but have not yet tried it.  The packaging suggests that it is waterproof, has a high tack capacity, is UV resistant and paintable.  It suggests it is a good product, if time allows I will glue some wod together and try a few tests.

I have not tried TAC, but I have another adhesive question for the pro's out there. Anybody ever tried E6000? It's very similar to shoe goo, has incredible flexible holding strength for a wide variety of materials and is only about 7 bucks for an 11oz tube. It comes in clear, black and white. I cannot find much information on the product, but I have used it for sealing and adhering tecboard (fiberglass/plywood laminate) to steel frames for a boat cabin some time ago. I was thoroughly impressed. The E6000 which squeezed out of the joints, glued the 2x steel bottom plates to the concrete floor I was working on. It was very very difficult to remove because of the flexibility of the product. I do not know what the extended life flexibilty is like. It's nothing like silicone...much more tough.

This experience was all prior to my introduction to wood boats. Now, I've used the 3M 5200, but I have to say, I don't like the color or the extended cure time. Any thoughts or experience with TAC or E6000?
