You should be able to find a custom awning shop in your area that can make a boat cover....or already makes custom boat covers.  They can order just about any type of material, you let them keep your boat for a few days so they can take all the measurements while they are cutting and sewing.  Mine cost $400...not cheap but it does keep the interior dry during our rainy winter, and keeps out leaves, tree branches etc.

Tnks for the info...but i wish i knew how to sow...but fabric is not cheap for sure....now that i spent hours and hours on her...i want a nice cover and i want it out of my shop...time to move back over to gunsmithing....

We anguished over the same options a few months ago when we finished our drift boat.   We were afraid that if we had a cover made from away, it would not fit well, so finally opted to spend $600 on a cover made locally.   It was made of Top Gun material, which is waterproof and abrasion resistant.   We could have had Sunbrella for the same price, but it is more prone to abrasion.  We also had a bra built into the cover to protect the hull when trailering.   We added a center bow and that along with the front seat and rear knee brace makes sure the cover sheads water and keeps it tight for trailering.

We also felt good about keeping our local canvas guy employed.

i posted pictures of my boat its basically a Montana boat builders freestone guide but I customized it and kept the beam smaller. the river I fish the most is Salmon spawning meca so the idea of a Queen Marry size drift boat running down the Yuba River always makes me laugh a bit. Its a small river as rivers go...I have the same deal with a curved knee brace in the back. I am recovering from major back surgery and want to get my boat out of my shop so I can get the shop back up for gunsmithing....my other hobby and the one I can actually do now that I cant lift anything over 50lbs for a while...
